Total lack of hot water or heating during winter months.

Plumbing

Severely leaking pipes that cannot be contained.

Electrical

Complete electricity failure across the entire property.

Security

Insecure external doors or ground floor windows.

Structural

Immediate risk of injury or significant building damage.

Non-emergency repairs

These are repairs that are required to maintain your home but do not pose an immediate risk to your safety or the building's structure.

  • Minor plumbing leaks (e.g., dripping taps)
  • Repairs to small fixtures and fittings
  • Routine maintenance tasks
  • Issues causing inconvenience but no safety risk

Service Standards

WHT aims to acknowledge online, email and telephone enquiries within two working days. If a repair is considered urgent, a contractor will be in touch within 24 hours. Weekend arrangements may differ because only emergency calls are taken.
