Charlotte has been Housing Manager at Winchester Housing Trust since February 2017, bringing over nine years of experience across all aspects of property and housing management. She oversees the Trust's rental homes, managing tenancies and day to day property matters across multiple sites. Her work covers everything from lettings and tenant relations to maintenance coordination and compliance, ensuring residents have safe, well maintained homes and a responsive point of contact.
Louise provides administrative support across the Trust, keeping day to day operations running smoothly. She is often the first point of contact for residents, contractors and visitors, handling enquiries, correspondence and record keeping. Her role covers everything from scheduling and document management to supporting the wider team with the practical work that keeps services running reliably.
Simon oversees the Trust's finances, covering management accounts, budgeting, reporting and year end preparation alongside liaison with auditors. He brings hands on experience across every aspect of the finance function, gained in a range of organisations. He works with colleagues across the Trust to ensure sound financial management and that resources are used effectively in support of residents.
